
Batlegang Dallas Mosweu is the Manager Medical Devices at the BoMRA. Joining BoMRA in December 2020, he brings extensive biomedical engineering expertise from his prior role at the Ministry of Health, where he served from 2003.
Batlegang leads the development and implementation of BoMRA’s Medical Devices Regulatory Strategy and Roadmap. He oversees both basic and expanded levels of regulatory control across all medical device functions, including product registration, special exemptions, licensing, inspections, clinical trials, vigilance reporting and post-market surveillance. He plays a key role in driving regional and international harmonization and convergence of medical devices regulations, standards, and requirements, aligning BoMRA with global frameworks such as IMDRF, GHWP, ISO, and WHO. Additionally, he is an expert in navigating the BRIMS platform for medical device registration, classification, and compliance.
