Schei is Chief Portfolio Officer and Chief Sales Officer at cormeo, a role he has held since the company’s founding in April 2025. He joined EXTEDO — now part of cormeo — in 2020, bringing almost 30 years of business experience, including around 25 years in Sales and Marketing within the IT and services industry, and 3 years in Material Management.

Schei is well-versed in both technical and interpersonal guidance, combining analytical, structured working methods with strong business acumen. His particular strengths lie in strategic business thinking, solution selling, and key account management, developed across a diverse range of leadership roles.
Prior to joining EXTEDO, Schei was owner and General Manager of a sales outsourcing provider. Before that, he served as a Member of the Board, responsible for Sales, Marketing and Consulting at one of Germany’s leading service providers for Technical Documentation and Translation. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in Material Management at a plastics compression and injection molding company, as well as in Marketing and Sales at a leading software solution provider for Computer-Aided Quality solutions. Schei holds a degree in Business Administration.
