Marwa Souei is The Head of the Scientific Affairs Hub for Africa, the Middle East and Turkey at Opella Healthcare. With extensive experience across Regulatory, Medical, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry, she brings a broad and multidisciplinary perspective to healthcare innovation and market access. Marwa holds a PharmD in Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Tunisia and an Executive MBA from Paris Dauphine–PSL and IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School in France. Throughout her career, she has held local, regional, and global positions within multinational pharmaceutical companies, gaining extensive experience across diverse healthcare environments and markets. She has played a key role in shaping and implementing innovative business models across Africa and the Middle East, with a strong focus on translating scientific insights into solutions that address evolving healthcare needs.
