Mr. Seaneke is a Pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in Medical Products Regulation. He holds Msc (Pharm) Degree.

He is a fellow of the Ghana College of Pharmacists, and a Certified Good Manufacturing Practice Professional and Quality Auditor of the American Society of Quality.

He is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) in charge of Health Products and Technologies Division of the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority. In addition, he chairs the Enterprise Risk Management Committee of the FDA, quality manager of FDA’s ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and a focal point for the WHO regulatory strengthening using the Global Benchmarking Tool that has led to FDA’s Maturity level 3 status.

He is passionate about ensuring quality and safety of medical products in the health delivery system.
